Check-up camp for Waarkaris in Bibewadi, Pune (29-06-2016)
On 29th JUne 2016, P. Pu. sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj Sewa Pariwar organized a Free Health
Checkups camp for the Warkaris of Shri Sant Jagatguru Tukaram Maharaj Sansthan, Sonwadi stationed at Yeshwantrao Chavan School, Bibewadi, Pune.
During the camp all medicines were distributed free. Dr. Satish Kalaskar, Dr. Shinde, Dr. Ashwini Budhe along with their team provided their valuable service for the camp. During the camp which started at 10 am in the morning
650 warkaris were treated.
Craft Camp at
Nagpur (09-06-2016)
Summer holiday is a leisure time for kids, but
some are deprived of even the basic fun. P. Pu. Sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj
Sewa Parivar (Nagpur Branch), on the occasion of summer holidays conducted a
Craft Camp for students of Walmiki Balsadan on 09-06-2016. During the Camp, Ms.
Anjali Labde taught the art of making decorative Lamps, Candles, Greeting Cards
etc. A small kit consisting of all the material required was also gifted to all
students.
Visit to "Phanasrai
& Udewadi" for distribution of Clothes and daily need items (23/04/2016)
In continuation to its
program of development of Phanasrai and adjoining regions such as Udewadi and
Wanati, members of trust visited the area on 23-04-2016. Trust distributed
Clothes and daily needs items. Sweets and biscuits were distributed to the kids
in the region.
Further development initiatives were discussed with the people in the region
over a cup of tea.
Free Health Check-up camp at Amrutnath Swami Maharaj Ashram (14-02-2016)
In continuing its efforts to bring healthcare to poor and needy, P. Pu. Sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj Sewa Parivar, on
14th Feb 2016, conducted a “Free Health Check up camp” at Amrutnath Maharaj Ashram, Chakan Road, Alandi. Resident of Alandi as well as devotes who had come to Alandi on the occasion of Ekadashi participated in the camp and got benefitted out of it.
The camp started at 10 am and was a success with more than 350 people participating in the same. During the camp,
Manthan, a book written by Shri Kaka Maharaj was distributed among the devotees.
Free Medical Camp at Maze Maher, Mumbai (14-02-2016)
In pursuit to expand its boundaries and reach more and more needy
people, the trust conducted its another free medical check-up camp
in Mumbai.
"Maze Maher" a Girls Hostel for orphaned, was the first location
chosen by the thrust to conduct its medical check-up camp. During
the camp all medicines were distributed free. Dr. Ashwini Budhe provided
her valuable service for the camp. During the camp which started at 2PM,
close to 100 children were treated.
Free Health Checkup and Blood donation Camp at Hiwsewada, Nagpur
(07-02-2016)
One of the prominent figure and active member of Trust from Nagpur branch, was
Shri Hiwase Kaka. In his memory, Trust organized a Blood donation and free
health Check-up Camp in Nagpur on 7th Feb 2016.
The Medical camp organized was for multiple specialties, like Paediatric, Dental
and Ophthalmology etc. Along with this a General medical check-up camp and Blood
Sugar testing camp was also organized. More than 400 people were benefited by
the camp and around 5 patient got their Cataract operation done free of cost the
subsequent day.
Celebration of Makar Sankranti (2016)
P. Pu. Shri Kaka Maharaj always say, “Service to man is service to God”.
He always preaches everyone to learn to see happiness in the happiness
of others by thinking about others along with self. Makar Sankranti is
the first festival as per English calendar, and what could be better
time, than to bring the teachings of Shri Kaka Maharaj into action.
In continuation with last 5 years, this year as well, members of Trust
celebrated this festival along with people who are either elderly
staying in old age home or young students staying in Orphanage or
Hostels, among other places. Along with Sweets a special message was
distributed personally signed by none other than Shri Kaka Maharaj himself.
The activity was carried out at various places in Pune , Nagpur and
Mumbai apart from all the places where Trust conducts Satsang of Shri
Kaka Maharaj.
