Establishment of the Trust

Since 1975, Param Pujya Sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj is excelling & excreting himself for the betterment of his followers. For this Shri Kaka Maharaj has build a temple of Shri Sai Baba in His own house at Anand Nagar, Singhgad Road, Pune and conducts various events like Aarti, Naam Jaap, Bhajan etc. Saguru Shri Kaka Maharaj has also since past many conducting discourse (Satsang) for the people, wherein we has been propagating his thoughts to inculcate them for helping a common man to lead a fearless and happy life. This Satsang is conducted at the premises of the Sai Baba Mandir in the place owned by Shri Maharaj.

In the year 2008, Param Pujya Sadguru Shri Kaka Maharaj build a huge Satsang Hall called ‘Murlidhar Vaas’ for the convenience of His follower who come for discourse every Tuesday, behind Shri Sai Baba’s temple with sole intention of welfare of His disciples. Shri Kaka Maharaj had borne all the expense for the construction of this hall. Taking a note of this, the disciples of Sadguru Shri Kaka Maharaj decided to contribute to this expense of construction by collecting some money between themselves. Their motive was simple, ‘if not entire expense, but at least some part of the expense can be contributed’ and thus His disciples collected and handed over a sum of around Rs.6.5 Lacs to Shri Kaka Maharaj. But Param Pujya Shri Kaka Maharaj didn’t accept this money. He had some different plan in his mind.

On 17/12/2008, Param Pujya Shri Kaka Maharaj called for a meeting of all His disciples. During the meeting Shri Kaka Maharaj presented an idea of forming a ‘Trust’ with this money collected. Shri Kaka Maharaj further added that Trust can plan to propagate amongst masses the message of spirituality through literature & discourses of Shri Kaka Maharaj. In addition to this Trust can conduct other charitable activity like relief of poverty, aiding education, women welfare, medical awareness etc. Everybody immediately accepted the proposal and it was unanimously decided to form a Trust in the name of “Param Pujya Sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj (Shri. Shripad Anant Vaidya) Seva Parivar”.

Param Pujya Sadguru Shri Kaka Maharaj handed over the entire sum collected by His disciples to the trust as initial deposit. Also Param Pujya Sadguru Shri Kaka Maharaj didn’t accept any post in the Trust, neither for himself or for any of His relatives. He handed over the charge of the Trust to His disciples and kept Himself away for any direct or even indirect dealings of the trust. However He provides guidance to His disciples for running the Trust.

We bow down in front of P. Pu Sadguru Shri Kaka Maharaj for His this unselfish this for the betterment of entire mankind, in today’s materialistic and selfish world.

About Trust

Society in the name of “Param Pujya Sadgurunath Shri Kaka Maharaj (Shri. Shripad Anant Vaidya) Seva Parivar” was formed and was registered on 5th May 2009 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Registration number 482 2009 Pune). Similarly, it was registered with the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 in the office of the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune (Registration No. AF 24478 Pune) on 17th Aug 2010. For its financial transaction, trust opened two Bank accounts one with nationalized bank and another with Co-operative Bank in Pune.

The Founder Members who are all disciples of Shri Kaka Maharaj have come together for a common cause of welfare of people which is being carried out by Shri Maharaj. The operation of the trust is strictly carried on as per the constitution of the trust and law in force. The Memorandum of Association of the Trust states that objects for which the trust has been established and is purely charitable in nature.

The main aim is to propagate amongst masses the message of spirituality through literature & discourses of Shri Kaka Maharaj. In addition to this Trust also will be conducting other charitable activity like relief of poverty, aiding education, women welfare, medical awareness etc.

The Trust has been conducting camps where the thoughts expressed by Shri Kaka Maharaj in the discourses tapped through in form of CD, are played in various temples, pilgrimages. The Trust also conducts camps for medical check-ups, women welfare, aiding education. The trust has contributes in kind to various needy organizations and institutes in form of eatables, daily use items like soap or clothes, utensils, computers, lab equipments etc. or even shelter to the poorest. The students passing with good marks or in difficult circumstances are felicitated by the trust in order to motivate them to study hard and progress. Some very poor students are supplied with necessary study material. There are discourses organized at old age homes where the old people get moral support to live happily in their sorrowful lives. Further plans for expansion of the activity is also on cards.

The Trust though run by the present trustees is morally supported in every manner by the members, disciples, well-wishers of the Trust. More over it has the backing and blessings of Shri Kaka Maharaj.

The present site by the Trust has given details of the life of Shri. Kaka Maharaj, the temples he has developed, his work, the Guru Parampara, literature & discourses, a photo gallery dedicated to Shri Kaka Maharaj along with the profiles of the Trustees.

The Trust soon shall be recognized under the sec 12 and sec 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
